Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Government AI Academy (“GAIA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality educational services. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when requesting refunds, cancellations, or transfers.

2. Training Courses

  • Full Refunds – Requests received 7 or more business days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refunds – Requests received 3–6 business days before the course start date may receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refunds – Requests made less than 72 hours before the course start date are non-refundable.

3. Webinars & Live Online Events

  • Cancellation by GAIA – If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future session.

  • Missed Sessions – No refunds for missed sessions; however, replays will be made available when possible.

  • Transfers – You may transfer registration to another eligible individual in your agency by notifying us at least 48 hours before the session.

4. Subscriptions & Ongoing Services

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via your account settings.

  • Refunds for unused portions are generally not provided unless required by law.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
