By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1.2 Who May Use Our Services – Our Services are intended for professional and educational use by individuals 18 years or older. Government employees, contractors, and consultants are welcome to use our Services, provided such use does not violate applicable agency rules, laws, or ethical guidelines.
1.3 Your Agency’s Responsibility – If you are a government employee, it is your responsibility to ensure that:
Your use of the Services complies with agency training, procurement, and ethics rules;
Any payment for Services follows appropriate agency payment policies;
You are authorized to participate in online training delivered by third-party providers.
1.4 Modification of Terms – We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes become effective immediately when posted, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Services
2.1 Scope of Services – GAIA provides educational and training materials related to artificial intelligence (AI) applications in government, including:
Free articles, guides, and reference materials;
Paid online training courses and webinars (live and recorded);
Certification programs (if applicable);
Customized government training packages (upon request).
2.2 No Endorsement by Government Agencies – Unless explicitly stated, our Services are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any U.S. federal, state, or local government agency.
3. Informational Disclaimer
3.1 Educational Use Only – The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
3.2 No Legal, Policy, or Operational Advice –
We do not provide legal, regulatory, or operational advice.

4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation – Access to paid courses and webinars requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4.2 Account Security – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.3 Prohibited Account Sharing – Account sharing or transferring access to unauthorized users is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
4.4 Suspension or Termination – We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Violation of these Terms;
Fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
Misrepresentation of identity or affiliation.
5. Payments & Refunds
5.1 Payment Terms – All fees must be paid in full before accessing paid content. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at our discretion.
5.2 Refunds and Cancellations – Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership – All content, logos, graphics, course materials, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of GAIA or its licensors.
6.2 License to Use – You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal or agency training purposes only.
6.3 Restrictions – You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without written consent;
Remove copyright notices or trademarks;
Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture paid training sessions without permission.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services to:
Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law;
Share login credentials with unauthorized users;'
Post or transmit harmful, defamatory, or infringing content;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
GAIA, its officers, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.
